For two years I lived in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Next year, I will be headed to another country for two more years, and I am sharing my experiences and photos on The Crazy Mouse.
Why Crazy Mouse? — Because I like how it sounds, it makes me smile. I first heard this phrase when I learned that the Mongolian word for “roller coaster” translates literally to “crazy mouse.” (I have since learned what you may already know — that crazy mouse is an actual English phrase that describes a specific type of roller coaster, but I still think it’s a memorable translation.)
